THE BREXIT 

The exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union also known as brexit ,a combined word of the English words Britain and exit, was a political process ,which resulted in the abandoment by the United Kingdom of its status as a member state of the European Union . Following a referendum held on June 23rd  2016, in which 51,9 percent of the voters supported leaving the European Union the British Government invoked Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union initiating a two years procces that was due to conclude with the departure of the United Kingdom on March 29th 2019 .That period was extended up to three times ,until last January 31st, 2020 , the United Kingdom left the European Union .But there will be maintained and citizens and businesses will not notice a difference . The UK and the  EU must negotiate a a new business relationship.
